Cailles en Sarcophage avec Sauce Périgourdine (Quails in Pastry Puff Shell with Foie Gras and Truffle Sauce)
La Salade (Salad Course)
Les Fromages (Assorted Cheeses)

Savarin au Rhum (Rum Cake)
